Hey everyone! Today I have some swatches for you from the upcoming Fairy Tale Romance collection from Darling Girl Cosmetics. This collection is based on the popular show Once Upon a Time, which I have never seen, but I'm sure any of you who are fans of the show will be able to see the inspiration. I swear, I need to watch more TV...I never get the references in any of these awesome collections.
Anyway, if you want to see swatches of this collection, plus a quick EOTD, keep reading!

Sneak Peek! Darling Girl Cosmetics "The Black Collection"
Double blog post today! This time I have another sneak peek of an upcoming Darling Girl collection for you. Also set to launch sometime in September with the "Who Ya Gonna Call?" collection, "The Black Collection" is based of of the popular TV show Orange is the New Black. I"m going to be honest and tell you all that I have never actually seen the show. I'd like to see it, but without access to a decent internet connection, I can't use anything like Netflix to get caught up on the series :( Not seeing the show isn't going to stop me from loving these new shades though, even if I don't get the meaning behind their names!

EOTD: A Painted World
Hey everyone! Today I just have a quick EOTD post for you featuring A Painted World from Darling Girl Cosmetics. Yesterday I decided to inventory all of my DG eyeshadows, and I realized that I have never actually used this gorgeous shadow- I only swatched it! Have you ever done that before, bought something and totally never got around to using it?
For the crease and highlight I used some shadows from the Lorac Pro Palette 2 (Buff to highlight, Light Brown as a transition shade, Cool Gray in the crease, and Navy right in the socket to add depth. I also used a bit of navy on the outer lower lashline.) Then I applied Darling Girl's A Painted World on the lid wet, using MAC Fix+. On the lower lashline, I applied A Painted World dry. I also used a little Darling Girl Whitelighter in the inner corner, its a super gorgeous silver! Liner is my usual Urban Decay Perversion.
Hope you all enjoyed this quick little post! :)

EOTD: Indigo
Sorry for the lack of posts guys. I've been pretty busy with work and stuff. We have some lovely snow and ice all over the roads right now, so I figured since I am going in to work late, that I would get a new blog post up.
This look features Indigo from Darling Girl Cosmetics. It's a really awesome shadow that looks white in the jar, but transforms into a gorgeous purple when placed over a dark base. Indigo is part of the Rainbow Brite collection, in which all of the shadows transform in a similar manner.

EOTD: Blind Ralphie
I'm in a group on Facebook where a lot of green looks are being done lately, so I thought I would do one, too. The standout shade in this look is Blind Ralphie from Darling Girl Cosmetics. This shade will be my Pick of the Week when the shop reopens after Christmas, which means it will be on sale!

Blue and Brown, A Favorite Combo
I really love pairing blue/teal on the lid with brown in the crease. It's a color combo that I find myself using often. Today's blue and brown combo is done with shadows from Darling Girl Cosmetics.

Anyway, today I am excited to bring you swatches of the new Darling Girl Cosmetics 'Twas the Night Before Christmas' collection. This collection includes eight eye shadows and one blush. This post will be focusing on the eye shadows. (I'm new to actually swatching shadows and photographing them, sorry if the quality isn't perfect.)
