Sneak Peek! Darling Girl Cosmetics "The Black Collection"

Double blog post today! This time I have another sneak peek of an upcoming Darling Girl collection for you. Also set to launch sometime in September with the "Who Ya Gonna Call?" collection, "The Black Collection" is based of of the popular TV show Orange is the New Black. I"m going to be honest and tell you all that I have never actually seen the show. I'd like to see it, but without access to a decent internet connection, I can't use anything like Netflix to get caught up on the series :( Not seeing the show isn't going to stop me from loving these new shades though, even if I don't get the meaning behind their names!

Keep reading for the swatches!

HUGE Darling Girl Haul Swatches!

Ok, so maybe its not really huge, but it is a whole lot of awesome goodies and I just feel like sharing them all with you! Just a heads up-there are four shades that will be included in this post that are not available for purchase :( If I can come up with some alternatives for them, I will add them in later. Here we go!

EOTD: A Painted World

Hey everyone! Today I just have a quick EOTD post for you featuring A Painted World from Darling Girl Cosmetics. Yesterday I decided to inventory all of my DG eyeshadows, and I realized that I have never actually used this gorgeous shadow- I only swatched it! Have you ever done that before, bought something and totally never got around to using it?

For the crease and highlight I used some shadows from the Lorac Pro Palette 2 (Buff to highlight, Light Brown as a transition shade, Cool Gray in the crease, and Navy right in the socket to add depth. I also used a bit of navy on the outer lower lashline.) Then I applied Darling Girl's A Painted World on the lid wet, using MAC Fix+. On the lower lashline, I applied A Painted World dry. I also used a little Darling Girl Whitelighter in the inner corner, its a super gorgeous silver! Liner is my  usual Urban Decay Perversion.

Hope you all enjoyed this quick little post! :)
